The webbing used in manufacturing Singer^® harnesses is made of Dope Dyed High Tenacity Polyester Yarn which has six times higher resistance to UV colour degradation over the normal dyed webbing.
This procedure provides a unique resistance against UV degradation, 6 times superior than straps classically tinged.
This method provides a greater longevity of the final product.
The polyester yarn provides a higher resistance than polyamide yarn.
The breaking force of our webbing is 25kN against 15kN as required by European standards, meaning better protection against falls.
Our harnesses have a dual colour scheme allowing quick and easy identification of the straps for the shoulders and the thighs.
The yarn used in the seams are in contrasting colours, making it easier to control the harness.
Our harnesses have a unique SIT STRAP ergonomically designed for extended comfort.
The Sit Strap & the Thigh Strap are designed so that they are made out of a single piece of webbing to give better load distribution between the thigh & sit straps.
All the metal components of our harnesses are zinc plated & pass the salt spray test for 72 hours against 50 hours as required by the European standards.
Thus we maintain a higher benchmark against corrosion.
The outer and especially interior edges of the metal buckles & frames are smooth.
The D-rings used in our harnesses have a high breaking strength with no visible welding marks.
