Protection Against Extreme Heat

The French Decree 2025-482 of May 27, 2025, modifies the Labor Code, effective from July 1, 2025, concerning workers’ exposure to episodes of intense heat, whether indoors or outdoors.

A focus on this topic had already been published on our website back in 2022.
This risk remains highly relevant today—more than ever.

It is important to recall that it is the employer’s responsibility to assess the risks faced by employees during these periods of extreme heat and to implement all necessary and appropriate measures to prevent any risk to the health and/or safety of workers. This includes work organization (such as adapting working hours), collective prevention and personal protection measures, information about risks and best practices, provision of cool drinking water, breaks, etc.

Our new cooling head cover, Ref. ONECK, which can be attached to safety helmets, helps lower head temperature for several hours.

We also developed a few years ago a lightweight and comfortable cooling cap, Ref. CAPCOOL.

You will now also find in our product range high-visibility garments lined with cotton and treated with UV protection for better protection against solar radiation (Ref: TUVA/TUVO).

Lastly, we offer a wide range of solar safety glasses, including our flagship polarized model, Ref. EVAPOLAR.
