Singer Safety^® attaches particular importance to the quality of its products but also to respect for the environment and people.

Also ISO 9001 certification of factories seems to us to be essential to ensure the quality and reliability of our products that users have the right to expect.

In fact, this quality management system implemented in almost all of our productions is a guarantee for the good finish of our products.

This system actively participates in the objective we set for ourselves: customer satisfaction.

We have mistreated nature around us for too long, thinking that it was at our service and that we could exploit it indefinitely without protecting it.

Fortunately, awareness has emerged in recent years to reverse attitudes and behaviors.

Singer Safety^®  has always put the protection of this most precious asset, which we must preserve for present and future generations, at the heart of its concerns.

It is not without reason that our company has more than 120 years of existence.

ISO 14001 certification is an environmental management system which seems to us to be a good complementary tool to

 ISO 9001 to guarantee the protection of nature.

But Singer Safety^® has also taken other measures and is constantly thinking about improving its methods to reduce its environmental impact, improve the quality of its products and ensure respect and human rights.

- Setting up, for example, an EDM (Electronic Document Management) many years ago to reduce the use of paper and EDI project to limit the printing of documents

 - Control of our waste production through sorting and recovery.

In 2014, for example, we valued 4.8 tonnes of cardboard, equivalent to a saving of 4.5 m³ of water or 17 tonnes of wood, or the equivalent of the annual primary energy consumption of 7 inhabitants (5 toe) (SUEZ certificate).

- Participation in Eco-organizations such as ECO-Emballage, Eco-Systèmes…

- Use when possible of recycled materials for our products, our packaging.

- by favoring systematically SA 8000 certified partners: social responsibility, WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), OHSAS 18001, BSCI ...

And for non-certified companies by verifying that they share our values, that they comply with the regulations to which they are subject on non-child labor, non-discrimination, freedom of association, employee health and safety .

We ensure this commitment thanks to the signing by our suppliers of a charter and by the on-site visit of companies to verify compliance with signed agreements.
