Polyamide Polyamide is a thermoplastic polymer mainly used for glasses sidepieces. It offers good resistance to wear and friction. It also provides good thermal and electric insulation. P.V.C. P.V.C is a synthetic thermoplastic polymer offering good resistance to many products such as acids, oils, grease, corrosive products and carbon hydrides … P.V.C offers good flexibility. P.V.C is used for masks (mask goggles).

Polycarbonate
Polycabonate is also a thermoplastic polymer, used for protective screen goggles. It's advantage is that it provides excellent resistance against mechanical impacts, very good U.V filtration and perfect optical quality. In addition, polycarbonate is lighter than mineral glass.
