Kevlar®
Le KEVLAR® is an aramide fibber created by
DuPont de Nemours, which is highly appreciated
due to its many qualities and resistance, including
to cuts and wear, but also to heat when the gloves
are knitted on one piece with or without coating,
it will protect you in many uses against cuts
and/or heat.
(Aramide: fibbers of synthetic yarn that has good
mechanical and / or heat properties).
Proban®
The PROBAN® treatment (registered trademark
of Albright & Wilson UK LTD) provides fire
resistance properties that last through cleaning
and dry cleaning for fabrics used in some of our
products (PROCAG, PROMTE, VCUV80DP etc...). Do
not use soap or bleach for cleaning.
Thinsulate®
3M THINSULATE® is a polyester fibber that
provides excellent thermal insulation against
cold ; used for some of our gloves such as the
50 GHNTH.
Actifresh® & Sanitized®
By delaying bacteria attacks, the Actifresh®
and Sanitized® treatments offer better hand
hygiene and extends the life of your gloves.
Dyneema® / Spectra®
Dyneema® / Spectra® is a high resistance,
low weight polyethylene fibber invented by the
DSM company. It offers excellent mechanical resistance
properties and good resistance to some chemicals
and cleaning products.
Spectra®
HIGH RESISTANCE AND High toughness
Spectra® extends less, is more resistant and
resists better to UVs and flexion than Kevlar
!
Cut resistant barrier protecting the hand more
efficiently than any other knitted glove except
those in metal meshing, while providing more dexterity
and added comfort. The glove provides good protection
against abrasion, cutting and tearing during handling
in dry environments.
